Our Programmes 

Our after school boxing sessions provide a safe environment for children aged 6 to 16. Our sessions help children to develop healthy lifestyles, discipline, confidence, self-esteem, and lasting form relationships whilst learning the art of boxing.

Our community boxing empowerment programmes are usually run as a 13-weekly cycle. Our team help to ensure that attendees can set achievable goals at the start of the programme which are then self-assessed at the end of the programme.

Our boxing empowerment programmes are run throughout the year so that attendees have the opportunity for continuous personal development.

At the end of each 13 week programme, a graduation ceremony takes place where family members, guardians and friends can attend to watch each participant collect a certificate of achievement.

Welcome to our Boxing Empowerment Program, where we collaborate primary and secondary schools to support students with special needs and disabilities (SEND). Our experienced coaches guide students in setting personal goals at the start of each term, fostering and resilience. Through strategic partnerships in sports and technology we create pathways for employment and further training. Our mission is to empower young people to build strong, rebuild their self-esteem, and embark on a journey of positive achievement

Welcome to our Summer Boxing Academy! Our mission is to empower young people aged 6 to 16 in our local community to be happy, healthy, and safe. Through our engaging, lite version of the 13-week boxing empowerment program, we provide effective support and guidance during the summer months.
